Microblading

Microblading is a specialized form of permanent makeup and is considered tattooing. It has become very popular over the last several years because it offers a solution for thin brows. New Mexico recently passed a law which requires all providers to become certified permanent makeup artists in order to perform microblading. Dr. Pacheco is the first medical doctor in New Mexico who is a certified permanent makeup artist who preforms microblading. During a microblading procedure, a manual, handheld, single-use tool is used instead of an electrical machine. Hair-like strokes are microbladed into the eyebrow skin to mimic natural hairs. Every effort is undertaken to minimize or eliminate your pain before the procedure. Aftercare instructions will be given. Depending on the skin and lifestyle, the pigment will fade, like all tattoos do. Clients come back for touch ups once every six months because the strokes begin to blur and don’t stay looking like hairs. Call Belleza Med Spa for your free consultation at (505) 897 – 4433.
