What is a cherry angioma?
Cherry angiomas are raised red spots on the skin that are medically insignificant, but may be cosmetically bothersome. They are common and often familial. These age spots range from pinpoint size up to several millimeters. With time, cherry angiomas tend to increase in number and in size.
